PC1250 Full Machine Rebuild

Our Field Service team completed a PC1250 full machine rebuild.

The team completed a PC1250 full machine rebuild, strip back to chassis, crack tested, line bored, full rehose, replaced all major components, main harness inspected and repaired re conduited, cab overhaul, sandblasted, painted, re pin & rebush, bucket overhaul, new undercarriage, grease system overhaul.

The machine was due a rebuild, up on hours, and scheduled for maintenance/planned shutdown. Matt King coordinated the parts/labour with the client and carried out repairs in between. Jack Darcy worked on the rebuild whilst guiding the client’s apprentices.

This resulted in a like-new PC1250 with a new lease on life!
