D10R Failed Pivot Shaft Assembly Replacement

The Perth workshop team replaced a failed pivot shaft assembly on a D10R recently.

The pivot shaft bushes had failed causing extensive damage to the pivot shaft, associated bushes and seals.

The team approached the job with a highly motivated “can do” attitude.

The repair had a tight deadline where everyone worked together doing weekend work and additional hours to get the job done.

The machine was completed on time to a high standard. The customer was extremely happy with the final product and the feedback from site has been positive.
