Daltech’s metro division completed an in-house major overhaul to a CAT D10T dozer for one of our long standing, valuable clients. The workshop team put in 940 hours stripping the machine down to a bare chassis before rebuilding the entire drivetrain, track assembly, cab assembly and various attachment components.
With reliability being critical for our client, the hydraulic and electrical systems were inspected and repaired with new hoses and harnesses to a high level of attention to detail.
The client took delivery of the machine following comprehensive testing. With new paint and decals the client had nothing but praise for the team.
The quality of work and efficiency in completing the project within the allocated timeframe exceeded the client’s expectations.
