Daltech’s Regional Digger Crew were called to carry out a major shut down for a client on a CAT 230 ton, 6020B digger.
The 5 person team worked over an 8 day period changing out the travel motors, drive sprockets, engine, all pumps and hoses before completing a hydraulic tune and sending the machine back to work 3 days ahead of the client’s expectations.
The team’s approach to managing a work area of this scope was second to none, ensuring the safety of the team and workflow efficiency was at the highest of levels.
Having travelled over 1000kms and working a total of 416 hours the Daltech team enjoyed a well-earned break while the digger went back to work for our client.
