Team Daltech raised over $63k, riding in the MACA Cancer 200 Ride for The Perkins!

Team Daltech made an outstanding effort over the weekend of the 4th – 5th October 2025, riding 200km in the MACA Cancer 200 Ride for the Perkins.

The team held a pasta send-off lunch at our Perth workshop on the Friday, fuelling up before the ride. They then set off early on the Saturday morning from Optus Stadium, riding an impressive 100km down to Mandurah through the rain. The team peddled back to Perth together on the Sunday, clocking another 100km on their bikes.

The ride raised critical funds for the Perkins Institute, supporting cancer research here in Western Australia. The team also wore purple socks, specially chosen by Chad’s daughter, Bonnie. Team Daltech had 11 riders this year, raising over $63k with the support of our team and community. This was the team’s 5th year riding, fundraising their largest amount to date.

Thank you to our supporters and sponsors, plus Rockbox Australia, Edge Engineering, Rocksteady Electrical and Impec Plant Hire for getting onboard with us for this worthy cause.
