We respect the equipment we work with and our fellow team members. We implement continued safety-training opportunities and regularly review our health and safety policies to minimise risks at every level and maintain a safe work environment.

HEALTH IS OUR PRIORITY
All of us regardless of our roles, often face difficult or challenging personal and/or work-related situations that may affect our quality of life. Sometimes problems can be difficult to resolve without assistance. That’s where the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) can help you and your family.
The EAP is a FREE, VOLUNTARY & 100% CONFIDENTIAL counselling service provided by Daltech to all employees and their family members.
The EAP can assist with situations including;
- Depression, stress, anxiety
- Separation/divorce
- Life transitions (retirement, redundancy, marriage, parenthood, relocation)
- Grief and loss
